Another charming village, Donji Stoliv at the opposite side of the bay, is the starting point of some great hikes. The old Roman stone path takes you up to the abandoned village of Gornji Stoliv and its old stone churches and a spect-acular views over the bay. Here you can embark on several nice hikes, you can buy sheep and goat cheese from the local farmers in Gornja Lastva and in the end of the day arrive in the city of Tivat on the other side of the ridge.

There are many national parks worth-while visiting. Durmitor, Lovcen, Prokletije, Biogradska Gora and Lake Skadar. These you reach either by car or by organised tours. Many skiing resorts are close by if you decide to come during the winter season.
